Unfortunately, as a result of current restrictions put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 I have had no choice but to cancel all garden tours this summer. Wishing you and yours the best of health during this difficult time.

Garden Tours Summer 2020

Mount Usher Gardens and Knockrose House

Join Hazel for an unforgettable visit to the world-famous gardens of Mount Usher. Enjoy some scrumptious Avoca tea and scones before embarking on a guided tour with the Head Gardener.

After the walk, participants can avail of lunch in the garden cafe and enjoy some shopping in the select boutiques and outlets before visiting the magical garden of Knockrose House where Trish the owner will give us a guided tour of this hidden gem.

Day trip will be June 10th 2020 and costs €80. Price includes entrance to gardens, bus transfers and tea and scones in the Avoca Cafe. A 10% discount will also be available in the Walled Garden Centre.

Powerscourt Gardens and Trudder Grange

On July 8th, join Hazel for a fascinating tour of these historical jewels. Learn all about the history of the gardens at Powerscourt after indulging in some yummy Avoca tea and scones. Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the famous grounds and take in the glory of the features such as the Italianate Terrace, Double Herbaceous Borders and Japanese Garden to name a few.

After lunch and a quick spot of shopping we will head to Trudder Grange in Newtown Mount Kennedy. This period house is one of the highlights of the Dublin Garden Trail where we will immerse ourselves in the stunning surroundings whilst being guided around the stunning garden by owner Vanessa Hayes.

Tickets cost €80 for the day including entry to both gardens, tea and scones in the Avoca Cafe and bus transfers to and from the gardens.
